		<description>We had violent sea storms and brushfires! So my observation is that leaders need a bit of peace from the front line and from the weather...oh and check whether the campsite has a pool for all those sand avoiding non-followers we have managed to produce personally.  Finally, fresh pain au chocolat daily goes  a long way  to restore harmony. Not a metaphor, just fact.</description>
