Trust comes not only when some things DO exist but also (and importantly) when certain things don't exist.

Trust requires 'truth'
Truth require 'honesty'
Honesty requires 'openness'
Openness requires collaboration/ shared goals
Collaboration requires common ground
Common Ground requires dialogue
Dialogue requires listening

All the above appear to be lacking hence the lack of trust both in business, business leaders and those who stifle communication (or censor it to ensure its a one way manipulation affair only)

Anyone any thoughts?
