In the UK, trust in leaders has eroded. It is worth saying that maybe in some ways this is a good thing. If it means we do a double take and think for ourselves. And if it means that leaders don’t over promise.
Can a lack of trust be helpful?

Hi Julia,
excellent point! I believe, that “aha moment” for people, when they realize that they should chose those who do they trust carefully is a good thing.
Leaders who are ‘labeled” as leaders based only on their titles are simply not a great focus area, where one’s hopes should go;-)
“talk walkers” are needed!;-) Can people, recognize it? Great start is to know who are NOT “talk walkers”
